What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control – Final Assembly Technician (Entry-Level) position at Mission Staffing of Texas LLC?
Position Overview :
We are seeking an individual to join our team in the final stage of production as a Quality Control Final Assembly Technician. This is an entry-level position requiring attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
Work Schedules : (2 different shifts available)
Group A Sun-Wed 6 am- 4 : 30 pm (training will be during group C 8 am-4 : 30 pm for about 2 weeks.)
Group D (Mon- Thurs 4 pm -2 am) (training will take place during Group B Shift (Wednesday- Saturday 6 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm) for 3 months. Once training is completed, they will transition to the night shift.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform the final stage of production, ensuring filters are free of debris by vacuuming the filters.
Assemble and attach gaskets and handles to filters as part of the final assembly process.
Conduct last-stage details and prepare filters for quality control inspection.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, precision, and efficiency during the assembly process.
Requirements : Experience :
1 year in manufacturing (Required).
1 year in assembly (Required).
1 year in production (Required).
Quality control experience is preferred but not required.
Skills and Abilities :
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Able to use measuring tape and caliper.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Ability to differentiate between colors and have good eyesight..
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods.
Must be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
