Armed Guard-LVL 3

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our client's team for the Spring Branch Area. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, as well as maintaining a high level of awareness and vigilance at all times. This is a vital role that requires a strong commitment to security and a passion for keeping our community safe.

• 7 am-7 pm
• 7 am-3 pm
• 3 pm-11 pm
• 11 pm-7 am
• 7 pm-7 am 

Duties:

- Patrol the premises to detect and prevent any suspicious activity
- Monitor CCTV cameras to identify potential security threats
- Respond to alarms and emergencies in a timely and effective manner
- Conduct regular patrols to check for any security breaches
- Maintain a high level of awareness and vigilance at all times
- Provide first aid and CPR as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all security incidents
- Participate in loss prevention efforts to minimize theft
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to resolve security issues
- Demonstrate conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations
- Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and perform regular checks
- Perform other duties as required by management

Experience:
- Previous experience as an ARMED security officer or in a related field is essential
- A certificate in security or law enforcement is highly desirable- Must be LVL 3 
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of physical fitness and work in a variety of weather conditions
- Experience with CCTV systems and surveillance technology is a significant asset
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols is a requirement
- First aid and CPR certifications are a must-have
