What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bank Loans Operations Associate position at Mission Staffing?
- Asset Servicing – Middle Office point of contact for Front Office, borrowers, agents, and other internal/external business partners for private credit facilities within strategy. Process lifecycle activity for revolver-type facilities. Complete fundings under tight deadlines. Review borrowing bases, flow of funds and credit agreements.
- Liquidity Oversight – Coordinate with Treasury to meet upcoming liquidity needs and manage financing facilities. Communicate with lending institutions daily cash needs. Oversee FX balances and needs.
- Reconciliations – Responsible for reviewing and actioning the daily reconciliation of cash, position, and accruals to the street and third-party administrator.
- Process Ownership and Improvement – Complete ownership and accountability of processes assigned. Includes data maintenance and timeliness of activity processing with adherence and evidence of controls. Seek process improvements, automation, and outsourcing opportunities. Onboard new vendors, business partners and systems.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
