Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the investment team
• Update BDC financial models, liquidity management, PM reporting and various ad hoc requests
• Review and reconcile the valuation process of the investment portfolio
• Liaise with the Investment, Operations and Investor Relations teams to review and enhance internal and investor reporting
• Respond to ad hoc requests from external investors including return calculations and performance summaries
• Work with Investor Relations to prepare quarterly investor deck/earnings release
• Prepare materials for BDC Board of Directors
• Work directly with third-party administrator to coordinate workflow
• Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables
• Assist with technology initiatives
• Perform research on new accounting pronouncements and their impact to the financial statements
Salary : $175,000 - $225,000
