What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cash Operations Specialist position at Mission Staffing?
Our client, a well know international investment bank in Midtown, NY, is looking to add a Funds Transfer Administrator to their Operations Team. This person will be responsible for approving and processing Fed wire payments, reviewing incoming SWIFT messages, and monitoring and reconciling cash positions. The ideal candidate will come with at least five years of experience in CHIP and FED wire payments, and strong working knowledge of SWIFT messaging. Familiarity with FX payments is preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing incoming SWIFT messages and distributing as needed
- Approving and processing all CHIP and FED wire payments
- Monitoring and reconciling previous day transactions
Requirements:
- At least five years of CHIP and FED wire payments experience at a bank or broker-dealer
- Proficiency in SWIFT Messaging system
- Advanced knowledge of FX payments is preferred
Salary : $33 - $35
