Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an Attorney to join their team! This role will focus on title defense, commercial litigation, and real estate matters, providing legal research, drafting, and case management support. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to manage cases from inception to resolution. This position located in Garden City and requires on-site work.
Responsibilities Include:
- Representing clients in title defense, commercial litigation, and real estate disputes
- Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, motions, pleadings, and other court filings
- Managing case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Negotiating settlements and participating in court proceedings as needed
- Collaborating with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to ensure effective case management
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school and active NY bar membership
- 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in title defense, commercial litigation, or real estate law
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Salary : $90 - $100
