Our client, a leading asset manager, is seeking a Contract Legal Officer to support their Compliance and Legal team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with experience in the investment management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts and agreements.
- Assist with compliance matters related to mutual funds, private investment funds, and equity separate accounts.
- Ensure adherence to SEC and foreign regulatory requirements.
- Develop and update policies and procedures.
- Review and assist in the preparation of fund marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- 2 years of legal experience in the investment management industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and compliance best practices.
- Experience with contract review, negotiation, and regulatory filings.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $50 - $55
