Responsibilities
• The Analyst Program is a two-year generalist program. After the program, there is an opportunity to be promoted into a role on the investment, business development, or finance team.
• Assess portfolio company performance
• Re-underwrite investments to support incremental transactions
• Conduct fundamental credit analysis of new leveraged loan deals
• Participate in investor presentations
• Draft investment memos and present to Investment Committee
• Perform quarterly valuation analysis
• Compile regular and ad hoc analyses requested by senior management and board members
• Manage and prepare due diligence analyses and data requests for current and prospective investors
• Assist team with various financing, fundraising, investor relations, or new product activities
• Update quarterly marketing presentation and fulfill ad hoc diligence requests from prospective investors
• Maintain fund models and provide regular updates to management on earnings projections
• Track daily fund-level liquidity with weekly postings to the broader investment team
• Ad hoc data requests and analysis
Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
