Our client, a prestigious law firm in Chicago, is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. This role will focus on maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and business processes within the Firm’s HR system, PeopleSoft. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of HR data entry experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
*Maintain personal employee details, such as contact information, diversity demographics, education, and remote worker agreements.
- Track HR operational items, including bonus-tracking sheets and adherence to payroll deadlines.
- Assist with cyclical initiatives like onboarding Summer Associates, Stipend Associates, and New/Fall Associates.
- Run PeopleSoft queries to support data requests.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR data entry experience, preferably with PeopleSoft or similar HR systems.
- Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and acute attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Proven ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and function as a team player
