Our client, a global Private Equity firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Services Associate to join their dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in managing investor relations and supporting day-to-day operations for our private equity clients. Responsibilities include reviewing and responding to client inquiries, processing investor onboarding documentation including subscription, tax, and AML documentation and managing investor activities such as partner transfers, name changes, and updates to contact and wire instructions. Candidates must have at least 2 years in an investor services role at a private equity firm, experience working with LPs and excellent communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Acknowledge, review, and respond to client inquiries promptly while coordinating with internal and external teams as needed.
- Review and/or process investor onboarding documentation including subscription, tax, and AML documentation.
- Manage subsequent investor activities such as partner transfers, name changes, and updates to contact and wire instructions.
- Maintain accurate investor records across multiple internal and external systems.
- Prepare and/or review ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, as well as capital activity notices for sponsor funds and investors.
- Disseminate and review fund and investor correspondence (capital calls, distributions, partner capital statements, etc.) via various investor portals.
- Track capital call wires and prepare capital distribution payments across client accounts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business Administration or Economics preferred.
- 2-10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Background in private equity services is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding client service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Salary : $50 - $75
