Our client, a global law firm in Miami, FL is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their growing team. This individual will be responsible for onboarding/offboarding attorneys, weekly compliance reporting, maintaining licensing and registration, and providing administrative support to the partners of the firm. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of legal support from a law firm.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Run weekly reports to check compliance deadlines for New York-licensed attorneys
- Lead special projects as assigned by Firmwide Compliance Assistant
- Contribute to process, procedure, and technology improvements to reduce risk, maintain compliance integrity, and improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a top university
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
Salary : $28 - $30
