Our client, a prestigious law firm in Chicago, is seeking to add a Learning and Development Specialist to its growing team! This role's responsibilities include designing and delivering innovative training programs, conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps, and managing the deployment of learning content through the firm's Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have 4 years of learning and development experience, preferably from a law firm.
Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and developing instructor-led training, e-learning modules, virtual classrooms, and workshops
- Conducting needs assessments to identify training gaps and skill requirements across the organization
- Partnering with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to deliver effective learning solutions aligned with organizational strategy
- Developing custom eLearning solutions by identifying learning objectives, problem statements, and conducting analysis
- Deploying learning content in the LMS, organizing learning paths, and managing eLearning delivery
- Creating and updating training resources, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, multimedia presentations, and job aids
- Facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions and workshops
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the firm
- Recommending future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience
Requirements:
- 4 years of Learning & Development experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong background in designing and delivering in-person and virtual training programs
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning tools
- Experience partnering with various stakeholders to meet organizational training
Salary : $50 - $55
