Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a recruiting coordinator to join their team. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior recruiters. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of recruiting coordination from a professional services firm.
**MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING AT A LAW FIRM**
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and processing new hire paperwork
- Preparing materials for candidates and interviews
- Entering manager feedback into internal systems
- Assisting with the creation of promotional materials
- Maintaining spreadsheets for tracking purposes
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a legal environment is a MUST!
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree required
