A leading investment firm is seeking an Assistant Vice President to manage the daily operations of its private credit portfolio, including loans, CLOs, equity, and ABLs. This is a high-impact contract role, perfect for an experienced professional looking to drive operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily workflows and processes for private credit products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Lead a team handling cash operations, reconciliations, and deal closings/restructurings
- Maintain oversight of critical financial data and implement quality control measures
- Assess and refine procedures to uphold compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for loan activity and collateral documentation
- Serve as a key escalation point for complex issues, collaborating with trustees, legal teams, administrators, and agent banks
