Middle Office Analyst

Our client, a global investment bank, is seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join their fixed income operations team. This individual will be responsible for supporting new issuance trades and ensuring timely, accurate settlement and regulatory compliance across various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include:

• Reconcile and resolve trade discrepancies tied to new issuance transactions, ensuring clean settlements
• Collaborate with trading, sales, legal, middle office, and DTCC to ensure accurate and timely processing at both issuer and counterparty levels
• Assign and verify correct CUSIP and ISIN identifiers for new deals
• Coordinate closely with compliance and trading teams to ensure trades are reported correctly to FINRA’s TRACE system
• Support the preparation and delivery of final issuance documents such as eligibility forms and prospectuses in line with regulatory deadlines
• Authorize, monitor, and manage the end-to-end settlement process
• Assist with system testing and operational rollouts designed to improve workflows
• Help implement new procedures and best practices that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, or generate revenue

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience within trade support or middle office at an investment bank
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, new issue settlement, and TRACE reporting
• Prior experience interacting with DTCC, compliance, and/or trustee services
• Familiarity with CUSIP/ISIN assignment processes and documentation workflows
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple time-sensitive requests
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with internal trading or settlement systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred
