Senior Fund Accountant opening with a Leading Private Equity Fund in NYC.
Role is open due to growth of the firm and is looking for someone with a financial services accounting background that wants to pivot into a growing and dynamic fund environment!

Responsibilities:
• Oversee complex, multi-series, private equity funds, which have multiple alternative investment vehicles, special purpose vehicles, blocker entities, continuation funds and related co-investment vehicles.
• Prepare and review capital allocations, capital contribution and distributions, including carried interest calculations prepared by the fund administrator
• Assist with preparation of investor performance reports including IRR calculations
• Assist with investor requests and general investor relations support
• Review and coordinate with deals teams to compile portfolio valuations
• Participate in technology and process initiatives
• Assist Finance team as needed
• Ad hoc requests and projects
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
