Reconciliation Analyst, Private Credit

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our clients team as a Reconciliation Operations Associate at a leading credit fund. This is an excellent opportunity for those with experience in reconciliation and trade breaks who are looking to build a career in the financial industry. While fixed-income product knowledge is a plus, it is not required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the reconciliation of trade data and positions across various systems.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks and discrepancies.
• Maintain and update reconciliation records in line with internal procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Support senior team members in daily operations and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in reconciliation and handling trade breaks.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of financial products; fixed income experience is a plus but not required.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a credit fund environment.
