Our client, a top advisory firm in New York City, is seeking a Business Analyst to support their asset management practice. This role involves business requirements documentation (BRDs), process analysis, and general documentation to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of business analyst experience from an advisory or investment management firm, with hands-on experience using Arcesium.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs).
- Analyze and document existing processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement business solutions.
- Assist in workflow documentation and process standardization efforts.
- Support system implementations and enhancements by gathering requirements and liaising between teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within business processes.
- Manage various special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of business analyst experience within an advisory or investment management firm.
- Experience working with Arcesium is preferred
- Strong documentation and process analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
