What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager, Structured Credit position at Mission Staffing?
Our client, a global asset management firm based in New York, NY, is seeking a Senior CLO / Structured Products Analyst to support the Credit Platform, which consists of Corporate, Structured, and Opportunistic Credit strategies. This role works closely with the Portfolio Managers, Traders, Credit Analysts, and Fund Controller teams. The individual will be responsible for CLO administration, including daily cash account and position reconciliations, tracking and applying interest accruals, rate resets, paydowns, and reviewing payment date waterfalls. This person will also provide operational support, including but not limited to setting up investments and issuers in OMS, coordinating financing for CLO warehouses, performing monthly price verification, and coordinating corporate actions. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of related experience in a financial services firm, preferably with a CLO manager, trustee, or administrator.
Requirements :
- 10 years of industry experience with structured products, specifically CLO experience.
- Base understanding of the Leveraged Loan product, with an emphasis on CLOs.
- Proficient in navigating fund compliance documentation and CLO indentures.
- Knowledge of Wall Street Office, Nexus, and ClearPar.
