New Tax Director opening with a Multi-Family Office in NYC
The Tax Partner/Director will oversee a staff responsible for a mix of HNW individual tax (40%) and partnership tax (60%). They are looking for someone with 8 years of strong partnership and family office/HNW tax experience.

• 3x a week in Stamford, CT Office
• Average Hours: 9am - 4pm
• 9am-7pm during busy season

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of partnership tax structures
• Provide clients with strategic insights on minimizing tax burdens and maximizing the benefits of partnership tax structures.
Conduct proactive research and experimentation with new tax strategies
• Introduce forward thinking solutions to the firm and clients.
• Must have experience with high-net worth individuals and related tax matters.
• Consult on transaction calculations, partner economics, tax distributions, and other events
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates and senior associates, fostering a high-performance team culture.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
