What are the responsibilities and job description for the Work Order Administrator-DATA ENTRY position at Mission Staffing?

Positio n Title : Program Control Associate

We are seeking temporary assistance in our Work Control Call Center to cover for an employee on maternity leave. The position is expected to run from mid-January to mid / late April.

SCHEDULE : Monday-Friday (5 days - 40 hour weeks) - 7 : 30am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities :

Perform quality work within deadlines, with or without direct supervision.
Close work orders and ensure proper documentation.
Interact professionally with employees, customers, and suppliers.
Update information in the Maintenance Management System (MAXIMO).
Work independently while effectively coordinating with other employees and teams.

Education & Experience :

High School Diploma required; an accredited college degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements :

Must be a U.S. Citizen to obtain the required NASA badge.

Provide certified documentation (e.g., Birth Certificate with state seal, Passport, or INS Citizenship documents) upon hire.

Valid Texas driver's license.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance.

Special Knowledge & Skills :

Strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize tasks.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration.

Proficiency in business software solutions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferences :

Familiarity with NASA sites or experience working on government installations is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements :

Dexterity to operate office equipment as required by the position.
