Job Description
This role involves applying knowledge and experience to ensure that policy decisions, procedures, and operations are compliant with MSTS and Department of Energy (DOE) regulations, as well as federal and state laws. The successful candidate will use independent judgment, creativity, and initiative to evaluate alternative methods of problem solving and problem resolution for leadership consideration.
- Develop, coordinate, and/or assist with implementation of site, facility, and project specific security plans, policies and procedures.
- Assist in the establishment of Security Areas.
- Collaborate with Technical Analysts in the development and revision of Security Analyses.
- Represent the Security Planning & Operations Section at meetings and consultations with customer representatives, governmental security agencies, and industry associates.
