This position is responsible to assist the VP, Marketing Manager in developing and implementing the Bank's brand strategy and to ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals. This role will prepare reports, compile market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends. Will regularly build knowledge and education by researching, attending workshops and seminars, and sharing best practices and local marketing tactics and trends with team members.
What Will Be Your Key Accountabilities?
- Work with manager to Identify and execute improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
- Conduct research on market trends, client behavior and competitive landscape, continually seeking new sources of prospective client data and provide recommendations.
- Work with manager to establish and evaluate market strategy, assemble sales forecasts, set objectives, organize promotional presentations, events, and update all marketing calendars.
- At direction of manager, communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, providing instructions for usage and promotion.
- Understand end to end process from concept through delivery and oversee Project tracking in JIRA.
- Collaborate with design agency to produce materials, both digital and print.
- Organize promotional activities and website updates for new products and services, and oversee Marketing Business Portal updates, orders and tracking of sell-through materials.
- Oversee Publication contracts and vendor relationships along with other traditional advertising channels.
- Work with Compliance to route marketing content for approval for print and online deliverables

- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred and 3-5 years proven experience as a marketing coordinator, banking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Ability to manage projects across multiple departments.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Experience using data analytics software for research.
- Experience with SEM/SEO campaigns and client response (website and social media)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels, including presentation skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Visio, and PowerPoint. Proficient in JIRA software preferred.
- Working knowledge of HTML, design, and email software.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and client relationship management (CRM).
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
