Berg Animal Hospital is a AAHA accredited soon-to-be three doctor practice. We are focusing on fostering a staff that is adaptable, mutually supportive, and career-oriented. We aim to create a work environment that our team looks forward to being a part of, with a culture that values accountability and support.
We are seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician with at least three years of experience. Berg Animal Hospital is a bustling practice with three veterinarians, catering exclusively to dogs and cats.
Our services are extensive and include ultrasound, laser therapy, and low stress handling methods.
Our facility boasts state-of-the-art in-house laboratory equipment, including the innovative Imagyst, an artificially intelligent cytology reader that analyzes ear cytologies, fecals, urines, and fine needle aspirates.
We recently grew our technology to include Scribe Note. Scribe Note is the new artificially intelligent technology that records conversations with clients and turns it into veterinary medical documentation with just one click. It saves our veterinary professionals lots of time on charting. That's a win for everyone!
As doctors converse with clients about their pet and verbalize their history and examination, Scribe Note captures pertinent details and creates a remarkably accurate transcribed note. The transcribed note can be edited and then copied into the hospital's practice management system.
Teamwork is the cornerstone of our culture, where accountability is expected, and leadership is exemplified by fairness.
Our leaders adopt a servant leadership approach, prioritizing the growth and well-being of our employees over traditional leadership models. This philosophy empowers our staff and supports their highest level of performance.
While we aim for daily huddles to address immediate concerns, they may not occur every day. Additionally, we hold monthly meetings to foster collaboration and strategize for future growth.
At Berg Animal Hospital, we highly value career advancement, offering opportunities for leadership training, participation in medical advisory groups, and mentorship programs.
