Center for Animal Health in Wauwatosa, WI is looking to add an experienced, full-time Medical Director to join our multi-doctor practice.
Center for Animal Health is a well-established, full-service, small animal, a veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, preventative, surgical, and dental care. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local board specialists when special diagnostic procedures are required. Our facility includes laser therapy, an in-house surgery suite, in-house digital x-ray capabilities, and a closely supervised hospitalization area.
The Medical Director (MD) provides strategic direction, coaching, and mentoring to the associate veterinarians to ensure safe, consistent, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care and outstanding client service. The MD will collaborate with the Practice Manager to develop a hospital's annual operating plan. The MD will own responsibility for ensuring Clinic Revenue Targets are achieved and minimum Standards of Care are developed and complied with. The MD understands they will wear many hats and will be passionate about clinical excellence, leadership, recruiting, retention, and advocating for the growth of the clinic.

Requirements
- Licensed WI Veterinarian (active and clear)
- Excellent, demonstrated medical and surgical skills are essential.
