Overnight Shift Supervisor Einstein Bagels| Denver International Airport

Mission Yogurt is seeking an Shift Supervisor for restaurant operations for Einstein Bros. Bagels at Denver International Airport. This role is for the third shift to run our overnight operations. 9pm to 5am

POSITION SUMMARY:

Mission Yogurt Inc. is built upon a team of "wowing" its guests. Mission operates four Einstein Bros Bagels locations, including the busiest Einstein Bros. Bagels franchise in the nation, located in DEN's Concourse C. The menu features artisan-roasted coffee, fresh-baked bagels, snacks, signature sandwiches, salads, & more.

• Candidates with at least two years of restaurant experience;
• Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction;

Job-Specific Duties: Food Service Supervisor

• Participate in coaching, counseling, training & development of staff and managers;
• Set and monitor quality and service standards for staff;
• Fluent in health department inspections;
• Communicate company policy, standards and procedures to staff;
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards;
• Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle customer concerns;
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of FOH area;
• Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations;
• Ensure adherence to cash management procedures;
• Ensure adherence to stock control procedures; monitor and order supplies;
• Check all deliveries, ensure product is correct, rotated and stored properly

Physical Demands:

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion
