Mission Yogurt is seeking a full-time Supervisor for restaurant operations for Einstein's Bagels @ San Diego Airport.
POSITION SUMMARY:

Mission operates four Einstein Bros Bagels locations, including the busiest Einstein Bros. Bagels franchise in the nation. The menu features artisan-roasted coffee, fresh-baked bagels, snacks, signature sandwiches, salads, & more.

Job-Specific Duties: Food Service Supervisor
- Participate in coaching, counseling, training & development of staff and managers;
- Set and monitor quality and service standards for staff;
- Fluent in health department inspections;
- Communicate company policy, standards and procedures to staff;
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards;
- Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle customer concerns;
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of Front of House area;
- Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations;
- Ensure adherence to cash management procedures;
- Ensure adherence to stock control procedures; monitor and order supplies;
- Check all deliveries, ensure product is correct, rotated and stored properly
