We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Creative Project Coordinator to oversee the successful execution of print and digital projects, including packaging, display units, and online marketing materials. You will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met across both mediums.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
· Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned print and digital projects.
· Track project progress, identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, and adapt to changing needs.
· Proactively communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
· Liaise with internal teams (design, marketing, production) and external vendors (printers, packaging suppliers, digital agencies) to ensure smooth project execution.
· Prepare and manage project documentation, including creative briefs, technical specifications, and vendor communications.
Creative Brief Development:
· Collaborate with internal teams to define project objectives, target audiences, and key messages for both print and digital initiatives.
· Develop comprehensive creative briefs that clearly outline project goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
· Ensure that creative briefs effectively communicate project requirements to designers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Vendor Management:
· Research, identify, and qualify potential print, packaging, and digital vendors.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors, ensuring best value and alignment with project requirements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering open communication and collaboration.
· Monitor vendor performance and address any quality or delivery issues promptly.
Quality Control:
· Conduct thorough reviews of design files, proofs, and digital assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
· Work closely with designers and vendors to address any identified issues and achieve the highest quality standards across both print and digital deliverables.
· Consolidate feedback from stakeholders and communicate necessary revisions to the creative team and vendors.
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within the print or digital marketing industry (or a combination of both).
· Proven track record of successfully delivering complex print and digital projects on time and within budget.
· Strong understanding of the print and digital production processes, from concept to completion.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
· Proficient project management software and tools (e.g. MSProject, Asana, Trello).
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently.
