4450 - Technical Security Counter Measure (TSCM) Technician - TS/SCI

Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Technical Security Counter Measure(TSCM) Technician to work on government installations, scanning forunauthorized networks (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth) to safeguard nationalsecurity.RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct routine inspections of office spaces to detect andneutralize unauthorized surveillance threats.
• Follow established TSCM protocols and standards to ensure thoroughinspections.
• Accurately document all inspection activities and findings.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of daily operations, ensuringclarity and completeness.
• Present clear, concise briefings on inspection results duringoperational meetings and staff updates.
• Prepare written reports in the PFPA-SSD report format within fivedays of investigation, detailing findings and recommendations.
• Operate and manage advanced radio frequency monitoring equipment.
• Analyze signal data, resolve detected anomalies, and maintain asignals database for historical comparison of signal threats.
• Provide guidance on neutralizing threat signals based on analysisfindings.
• Conduct mobile device detection sweeps as mandated by PFPA.
• Assist in TSCM investigations, including instrumented and physicalsearches of all possible signal transmission mediums and communicationnetwork systems.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, IA-30, and PFPA policies governing theworkplace.
• Complete mandatory training within the required timeframe.
• Support the PFPA by coordinating and completing various businessmatters proactively.
• Adhere to the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan to ensureperformance standards are met.
• Provide briefings to senior DoD executives and policydecision-makers as required.MUST HAVE'S :
• Completion of the Department of Defense TSCM Service School orInteragency Training Center Fundamentals Course.
• A minimum of two (2) years of TSCM experience.
• Active TS / SCI clearance.
• Ability to work onsite at the Pentagon or other DoD facilitieswithin the National Capital Region (NCR).
