Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced OCCUPATIONALTHERAPIST to join their rehabilitation team. This mid-level rolerequires providing patient-centered care to individuals with physicaldisabilities. The ideal candidate will assess patients’ functionalneeds, develop treatment goals, and implement tailored therapy plans.This position offers a competitive salary, a $15,000 sign-on bonus,relocation assistance, and a supportive work environment.RESPONSIBILITIES

• PATIENT ASSESSMENT : Conduct objective and quantifiable evaluationsof patients’ functional status, including cognitive, motor,self-care, and daily living skills.
• TREATMENT PLANNING : Develop measurable and realistic treatmentoutcome goals based on patient needs and conditions.
• THERAPY IMPLEMENTATION : Design and execute dynamic treatment plansto achieve established goals, ensuring consistency and continuity foroptimal clinical response.
• DEVELOPMENTALLY APPROPRIATE CARE : Provide care tailored to the ageand developmental status of the patients.
• INTERDISCIPLINARY COLLABORATION : Work closely with physicians andother healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.MUST HAVES :
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy curriculum witha minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• Licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Idaho(candidates may apply before licensure or graduation).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous experience in acute care settings.NICE TO HAVES :
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to professional growth and patient care excellence.LOCATION :  Lewiston, ID SCHEDULE OPTIONS
• ACUTE REHAB UNIT ONLY : Tuesday-Saturday (five 8-hour shifts) orWednesday-Saturday (four 10-hour shifts).
• ACUTE REHAB / INPATIENT UNITS : Same schedule as above, split evenlybetween units.SALARY : $78,000–$117,020 (based on experience).
• SIGN-ON BONUS : $15,000.
• RELOCATION PACKAGE : Full relocation assistance available.SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS
• Evening Shift (3 : 00 PM–11 : 30 PM) : 8%.
• Night Shift (11 : 00 PM–7 : 30 AM) : 11%.(_No weekend differential applies._)BENEFITS :
