Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated RESPIRATORY THERAPIST to provideprofessional respiratory care to patients across various healthconditions. This role focuses on assessing, planning, and deliveringexceptional care to ICU and general unit patients, including adult,pediatric, and cystic fibrosis populations. Candidates will play anintegral role in enhancing patient outcomes in a collaborativehealthcare environment.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional respiratory care to patients in diverse units,including adult ICUs, general units, and emergency departments.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond quickly to emergent situations and perform repetitivephysical movements as required.
• Maintain department-defined proficiencies for ICU and general unitcare.
• Oversee care delivery for assigned patients, ensuring exceptionalservice and outcomes.
• Assume charge responsibilities or work in the emergency departmentupon successful completion of necessary proficiencies.MUST HAVES :
• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Vermont (prior tostart date).
• Graduate of an AMA-approved program for Respiratory Care.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
• New graduates must achieve Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)status within one year of hire; experienced therapists must alreadyhold RRT credentials.NICE TO HAVES :
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.LOCATION :  BURLINGTON, VT (05401) SALARY :  $55,411–$85,681, based on experience.
• SIGN-ON BONUS : $5,000 for less than three years of experience,$10,000 for three or more years, disbursed in two payments (firstpaycheck and at six months).
• RELOCATION PACKAGE : Partial assistance available.SHIFT DETAILS
• 12-hour shifts : 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM.
• Three shifts per week (72 hours per pay period).
• Rotation includes every other weekend and holidays.BENEFITS :
