Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist (CardioTech) to join their compassionate and patient-focused team. This rolesupports cardiovascular physicians in performing invasive,interventional, and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures. The idealcandidate is knowledgeable in vascular, cardiac, pediatric proceduralpractices, and neuro-interventional procedures. This is a full-timeday shift position offering a culture of whole-person care andprofessional growth opportunities.RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist cardiovascular physicians in performing advancedcardiovascular procedures using specialized equipment.
- Support vascular, cardiac, pediatric, and neuro-interventionalprocedures and emergent techniques.
- Perform quality control checks and contribute to qualityimprovement programs.
- Promote teamwork and adhere to policies on confidentiality.
- Care for patients ranging from neonates to senior citizens.MUST HAVES :
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years of direct work experience in cardiovascular and / orinterventional radiological procedures as a CardiovascularTechnologist.
- NATIONAL PROVIDER ACLS - AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION certificationupon hire.
- NATIONAL PROVIDER BLS - AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION certificationupon hire.NICE TO HAVES :
- Associate's degree from an accredited program with supervisedclinical experience in invasive cardiovascular and / or interventionalradiological procedures.
- Previous experience in Special Procedures / Cath Lab as aCardiovascular Technologist.LOCATION : Anchorage, AlaskaSALARY : $84,096 to $133,132 per year.
