- Base Salary: $30,000-$36,000 (discussed during screening)
- Earning Ability:
- Entry Level Performer (0-6 placements) - $30K-$57K
- Mid Level Performer (6-12 placements) - $51K-$83K
- Over Achiever (12-18 placements) - $77K-$113K
- Top Performer (18-24 placements) - $107K-$148K
- Elite Performer (24-30 placements) - $142k-$187K
- Off The Charts (30-36 placements) - $181K-$230k

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Cleared Tech Recruitment: From sourcing to submitting, ensuring that candidates are a strong cultural and technical fit for our IT/ Tech clients in the GOVCON, IC, and DoD sectors.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative Cleared Tech recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent in IT/ Tech, leveraging online resources, social media, and professional networks.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain Cleared Tech candidate pipelines, ensuring regular communication and relationship management throughout the recruitment life cycle.
- Collaboration: Partner with clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand unique talent needs, providing expert advice on the recruitment process, particularly in navigating the complexities of the Cleared Tech & GOVCON talent space.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize recruiting data to provide insightful updates on staffing progress and hiring results, aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Workplace Culture: Contribute to a collaborative and high performance focused culture, working cross-functionally to ensure that all recruitment activities align with our core values and strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications: (Must Have’s)
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 3 years in a recruiting agency/firm, managing contingent and retained searches for multiple clients specifically in the Cleared Tech & GOVCON Industry.
- 3 years in a base-plus-commission/bonus recruiting role.
- 3 years recruiting across IT/ Tech verticals, including:
- Software Engineers & Developers
- Data Scientists & Analytics
- Solution Architects & Cloud Computing
- Cybersecurity, AI, & Blockchain
- DevOps & DevSecOps
- General IT, Tech, and GOVCON roles
- Security Professionals
- 3 years of recruiting the following security clearance professionals in those IT/ Tech verticals:
- Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (TS/SCI-FSP)
- Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information with Counterintelligence Polygraph (TS/SCI-CI Poly)
- Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph (TS/SCI-P)
- Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI)
- Top Secret (TS)
- A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented positive approach with a strong work ethic, able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Actively uses social media to source, recruit, showcase job opportunities, and build brand awareness to cultivate relationships digitally.
Core Skills & Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Engagement:
- Proven ability to source, contact, and engage with 200 IT/ Tech candidates in the Cleared space daily via cold calls, texts, emails, LinkedIn, and outreach messages to showcase our clients career opportunities.
- Exceptional sourcing skills using Boolean search methodology and in leveraging tools like Cleared Jobs, Dice, SeekOut, Monster, etc.
- Performance:
- Consistently exceed weekly targets: 10-15 candidate screens and 4-7 candidate submissions to clients.
- Track record of success in fast-paced, competitive recruitment agency settings.
- Communication & Management:
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Confident in client interactions (intake calls, bi-weekly updates, etc.).
- Provide regular reporting and analytics on recruiting metrics for weekly management meetings.
- Deep understanding of the warfighter, intelligence, and military community, either as a veteran, military spouse, or military warfighter advocate
- Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Google Suite applications.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Comfortable with daily virtual, on-camera meetings (business casual attire required).
An understanding of start ups or entrepreneurial settings is a plus.
Nice to Haves:
- Expertise with Advanced Sourcing Tools (e.g., GitHub, niche job boards)
- Experience with Federal Clients (DoD, IC, DHS) or Prime Contractors
- Strong Personal Brand on LinkedIn or Cleared Recruiting Networks
- Active Personal Security Clearance (TS or higher)

Work Setting & Physical Requirements:
- Standard business hours, Monday through Friday (EST), with flexibility for various time zones.
- This is a fully remote position.
- The role requires extended periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, participating in video calls, and communicating over the phone.
- Regular video conferences are part of the role, where business casual attire and a professional appearance are expected.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace are essential.
