We are actively seeking 1099-NEC Contractors who are business owners. Do you have or are planning to have a legal business entity? Are you looking to find additional business partners? Join us in a 100% UNCAPPED commission-based opportunity!

You will specialize in Healthcare recruiting within a diverse range of verticals including Hospitals and Healthcare Systems, Nurses, Allied Health, Mental Health and Behavioral Health, Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes, Healthcare IT and Health Informatics, Public Health and Government Health Agencies, Reproductive Health, and Dental Care.

Uncapped Earnings : Our "Median" commission for Healthcare candidate placements range between $3,500 to $7,000 per placement , which is between 25-40% of the placement fee we receive.

What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications) :

Legal Business Entity : You either have a current legal business entity or will be starting the process of creating one.

Weekly Commitment : You can dedicate sufficient time each week to support your business goals through this partnership.

Recruiting Experience : You have at least 4 years of full-cycle Healthcare recruiting experience, Agency experience is a plus.

Technical Expertise : You understand the nuances of recruiting and sourcing professionals within the following verticals : Hospitals and Healthcare Systems, Nurses, Allied Health, Mental Health and Behavioral Health, Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes, Healthcare IT and Health Informatics, Public Health and Government Health Agencies, Reproductive Health, and Dental Care.

Proficient in Sourcing Tools : You have access to and experience with various recruiting and sourcing tools to identify and attract top Healthcare talent.

Online Recruiting Savvy : You effectively leverage open-source online recruiting resources such as social media, professional organizations, and community associations to identify, prospect, recruit, and network with candidates.

U.S. Citizenship : You must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for this opportunity.

Military Community Understanding : You have an understanding of the military and warfighter community, or you are a military veteran, servicemember, military spouse, or military advocate.

Strategic Sourcing : You can build effective Healthcare sourcing strategies and practice deep online research to find hard-to-find talent.

Boolean Search Proficiency : You are skilled at conducting various Boolean search practices to locate specialized Healthcare candidates.

Organized and Positive : You approach your work with an organized and positive mindset, managing competing priorities and deadlines proactively.

Interpersonal Skills : You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, building relationships and trust with Healthcare candidates throughout the entire experience.

Strong Work Ethic : You work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for achieving personal and organizational goals.

Responsibilities :

Source, recruit, and screen Healthcare professionals within the following verticals : Hospitals and Healthcare Systems, Nurses, Allied Health, Mental Health and Behavioral Health, Long-Term Care and Nursing Homes, Healthcare IT and Health Informatics, Public Health and Government Health Agencies, Reproductive Health, and Dental Care.

Build and maintain relationships with active and passive Healthcare candidates.

Utilize social media and open-source platforms for Healthcare recruitment marketing.

Support our strategic partners by placing top Healthcare talent in critical roles.
