Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Med/Surge to provide direct patient care using the nursing process in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively within a team to deliver high-quality care. Shift: Nights - 12-hour shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols. * Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. * Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. * Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and ongoing care needs. * Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines. * Support the unit by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff. MUST HAVES: * Associate degree from an accredited professional nursing school required. * Current Arizona Registered Nurse License and/or Compact State Registered Nurse License required. * BLS Certification required upon hire. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN in a Med/Surge setting. NICE TO HAVES: * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. * 3 years of experience in Med/Surge. LOCATION: Fort Mohave, AZ SALARY: $72,000 - $94,000 * $20,000 sign-on bonus with full relocation assistance (3-year commitment).
