OUR CLIENT IS SEEKING A SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER (SRE) to play acrucial role in enhancing observability, performance, and reliability,making a significant impact across the federal government. - Monitor platform and containerized applications to ensure optimalperformance and availability.
- Identify and address performance and availability risks and issuesproactively.
- Contribute to the creation and optimization of all necessaryfunctions within the core platform to establish a robustinfrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with the team and the customer on a dailybasis.MUST HAVE'S :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer,demonstrating a strong understanding of SRE principles for highlyscalable and reliable systems.
- KUBERNETES (K8)
- Possess a bachelor's degree
- ACTIVE TS / / SCI CLEARANCE
- Proficiency in working within a DevSecOps environment, withexperience using Source Code repositories and CI / CD pipeline solutionssuch as Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, K8,and CI / CD Automation.
- Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Rancher andOpenShift.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
- Availability to work on client site in downtown Washington, DC, atleast three days per week.SALARY : $180,000 - $200,000LOCATION : Washington D.C.SCHEDULE : 3 days onsite JBAB, 2 days remote_Mission Box Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
