Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled Sonographer – Women’s Health to perform diagnostic ultrasounds and related imaging within the department. The ideal candidate will work independently under physician supervision and collaborate with peers as needed. Additionally, this role includes mentoring and educating staff while maintaining high clinical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic ultrasound examinations with a focus on OB/GYN imaging.
- Operate imaging equipment and ensure high-quality imaging results.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to evaluate findings.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Mentor and educate junior staff and students.
Must Haves:
- Advanced Certification – ARDMS OB/GYN Certified.
- Education – Graduate of an accredited diagnostic sonography program.
- Experience – At least 6 months of hands-on scanning experience outside of clinicals, specifically in OB/GYN.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) is preferred.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Ability to critically analyze and interpret imaging results while scanning.
Location: Burlington, VT
Salary: $76,980 – $119,059
- Signing Bonus: $10,000 - $15,000 (based on experience)
