Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will provide courteous and professional services to customers, donors, and volunteers to ensure the success of Missions Thrift Store. The ideal candidate will be sociable (able to engage in conversation with anyone), has a strong hard-working work ethic, is able to perform heavy lifting, is reliable, and has a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform Point of Sale transactions
• Receive and sort incoming donations
• Assists customers loading and unloading items in vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work rooms
• Follow pricing guidelines to properly mark items for sale
• Inspect and bring priced items out to the floor for display and stocking
• Presents a professional, clean appearance and provides courteous service to all customers, donors, and volunteers
