Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Sourcing: You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients using several different tools and techniques.
- Outreach: Partner with internal Marketing team build and execute large-scale marketing campaigns targeted at companies matching MissionStaff's ideal client profile.
- Engagement: Utilize various methods and tools to engage with prospective clients across the USA.
- Client Experience: Guide clients through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to placement.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, hiring demands, and competitive salaries within marketing, creative, and technology sectors.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Assist in salary negotiations, contract terms, and offer acceptance processes.
- Database & ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment activity in Bullhorn, our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- 3 years of Sales experience, preferably within a staffing agency or firm selling a service-based offering.
- Experience selling services that include marketing, creative, and/or technology to companies.
- Strong ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, ideally Bullhorn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
