Senior Compensation Analyst
Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with federal and state regulations. This role involves conducting job evaluations, determining FLSA classifications, and recommending salary structures using market data and internal equity analysis. The Senior Compensation Analyst collaborates with managers to support salary planning, oversees the annual merit review process, and utilizes compensation planning tools such as MarketPay and Workday.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and audit compensation data, ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
- Conduct job evaluations, determine FLSA classifications, and establish salary ranges.
- Lead the annual merit review, pay equity analysis, and off-cycle compensation adjustments.
- Utilize compensation planning software to benchmark and analyze salary structures.
- Stay informed on industry trends and recommend improvements to policies and processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on compensation policies, salary planning, and regulatory compliance.
- CCP certification preferred
- 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in MarketPay or similar compensation planning software.
- Experience with Workday or equivalent HRIS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of compensation laws, benchmarking, and pay structures.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
