- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and solve business challenges, performing ROI analysis to validate project feasibility.
- Source, clean, and prepare data from diverse sources, implementing automated ETL processes and visualizing insights for decision-making.
- Identify, develop, test, and fine-tune ML models, embedding them into applications for enterprise use.
- Ensure data quality by addressing issues such as outliers and incomplete records.
- Lead team discussions on best practices, guiding the professional growth of junior team members and fostering a culture of innovation.
- 6 years of experience with a master’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science); 4 years with a PhD preferred.
- Minimum 4 years designing and deploying ML applications with structured and unstructured data.
- Strong proficiency in Python or similar high-level languages and expertise in distributed computing frameworks, particularly PySpark.
- Proven application of advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning in business settings, with experience translating insights into recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with MLOps, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is advantageous.
