Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage end-to-end project lifecycles with a clear focus on new product revenue generation, enablement, and organizational strategic alignment.
- Oversee the successful implementation of strategy projects/programs, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across various regions, product lines, operations teams, and shared service units.
- Facilitate agile product development, ensuring a customer-centric approach throughout the lifecycle.
- Produce comprehensive project briefs, roadmaps, product backlogs, user stories, and relevant project documentation.
- Regularly communicate project status, performance metrics, and results effectively across all levels of the organization, as well as with external vendors and strategic partners.
- Conduct and lead project demonstrations, presentations, and executive updates with confidence and clarity.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with significant experience in customer experience, project management, and product management.
- PMP® Certification required.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience managing complex projects across the full product and project lifecycle.
- Extensive knowledge of digital products and related technologies.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading agile product development initiatives with a customer-centric focus.
- Expert knowledge of Scrum methodologies, scaled agile frameworks, hybrid agile practices, and best practices for agile development.
- Strong ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels and with external partners.
- Confident presenter with a proven ability to clearly articulate project goals, demonstrate value, and communicate performance metrics to diverse audiences.
- Strong agile mindset, embodying agile values, principles, and practices.
