Responsibilities
- Generate and send invoices for products and services using SF Billing.
- Track invoices and enter payment information in Salesforce.
- Manually enter payment data into multiple systems as needed.
- Verify invoice accuracy, including pricing, quantities, and items.
- Assist customers with invoicing inquiries and requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or invoicing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with SF Billing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving ability and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Experience with ARIBA and Salesforce preferred.
