- Leadership & Mentorship: Build and inspire a high-performing cloud engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Strategic Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels to align cloud infrastructure strategies with business goals.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee server, networking, deployment, and container orchestration platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Architecture & Execution: Design and lead cloud infrastructure projects, leveraging DevOps best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
- Automation & CI/CD: Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines, streamlining deployments and enhancing testing processes for continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring processes to drive efficiency and ensure infrastructure stability and resiliency.
- Cost Optimization: Develop scalable, cost-effective cloud solutions, balancing operational needs with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a technical advisor on complex initiatives, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
- Security & Compliance: Embed best practices for security and compliance into infrastructure operations, adhering to industry standards and frameworks.
- Vision & Innovation: Define and champion a forward-looking strategy for evolving cloud infrastructure.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience or certifications may substitute).
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect certification (Associate or Professional) is highly preferred.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing and developing technology teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in container orchestration platforms such as Amazon ECS or Kubernetes.
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, integrated testing frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience with multi-account cloud environments and security compliance frameworks.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven strategies and results.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior leadership.
- Project Management: Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget.
