Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily technical operations, ensuring system efficiency and reliability.
- Act as the organization’s Microsoft domain and Office 365 expert, driving process automation and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with IT teams and department managers to optimize technology-related workflows.
- Document system changes, design specifications, functional requirements, implementation strategies, and operational procedures.
- Provide top-tier support to internal users and mentor the IT help desk team.
- Ensure technical objectives, system stability, and user satisfaction benchmarks are consistently met.
- Align processes and technologies across various business segments for a seamless IT infrastructure.
- Identify and resolve implementation challenges by assessing situations, testing solutions, and introducing new tools or procedures.
- Work closely with technical teams to develop innovative solutions for business challenges.
- Develop comprehensive business cases to support new software implementations and system enhancements.
- Contribute to IT strategy and department success with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Perform system enhancements, including configuration changes and troubleshooting, to maintain system integrity.
- Assist with application design, testing, and issue resolution.
- Manage change requests, assignments, testing, and communications with user groups and the Quality Assurance team.
- Support IT project portfolio management and ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Industry-standard certifications (ITIL, MCSA, MCSE, Azure, O365, VMware, AWS) are a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, and other Microsoft domain technologies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Exchange Online and Office 365 technologies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automation and scripting.
- Strong ability to understand business needs and workflows, with a proven track record of recommending automation and operational efficiency improvements.
- Solid understanding of networking and security principles and best practices.
