SEO Manager:
Develop and execute SEO content strategies to improve rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase conversions. Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing insights and optimization recommendations. Coordinate with link-building partners to attract quality backlinks and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure optimal SEO performance. Work closely with marketing teams to integrate SEO with broader digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and SEO analysis to identify target keywords and opportunities.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies, optimizing content, meta tags, headers, and URLs.
- Work with Product and Technology teams to enhance technical SEO and site performance.
- Perform SEO audits, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain SEO reports and dashboards to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Manage SEO tools like Semrush, including keyword tracking and tagging.
- Utilize generative AI for research, data analysis, and content insights.
- Stay updated on SEO trends and emerging technologies to enhance strategies.
- 3 years of experience in an SEO-focused role.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends, particularly in the Indian search landscape.
- Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of website development, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of technical SEO, CRO principles, and SEO testing.
