Director of Talent Acquisition (Development and Strategy)
We are looking for a Talent Director to spearhead our recruitment efforts, lead employee development initiatives, and strengthen our employer brand. This dynamic position will focus on optimizing hiring processes, fostering talent growth, and increasing our brand visibility in the marketplace. The role includes overseeing both the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams and aligning these functions with the company's broader objectives.
Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition Strategy Development
Design and implement recruitment strategies in partnership with operational teams.
Lead the end-to-end hiring process, from initial outreach to interviews and selection.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.
Oversee initiatives such as university partnerships and external employer branding campaigns.
Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure hiring processes align with company goals.
Team Leadership and Employer Branding
Drive employer branding efforts to attract high-caliber candidates.
Organize and represent the company at job fairs, assessment days, and other recruitment events
Manage and mentor both the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams.
Contribute to strategic discussions at the corporate level, shaping future talent strategies.
Workforce Planning and Talent Development
Support efforts around employee retention and career development.
Leverage data and metrics to generate insights, track recruitment performance, and refine strategies.
Collaborate with Operations to assess workforce needs and project future staffing requirements.
Qualifications & Skills :
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with current market trends in recruitment and talent management.
High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
Proficient with HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license in good standing.
Education & Experience Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
5-8 years of experience in recruitment, with leadership experience in managing a Talent Acquisition team.
Previous experience in industries such as construction, electrical, or data centers is a plus.
Expertise in recruiting for technical roles is preferred.
