Project Executive – Data Center Construction
As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of a large-scale data center construction project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including MEP, HVAC, Liquid Cooling, and Operations specialists.
Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Lead and manage the construction of the data center from inception through completion, ensuring effective collaboration between all stakeholders, including the client, contractors, and internal teams.
- MEP and HVAC Oversight : Provide technical expertise and management over the MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and HVAC installations. Ensure that all systems are designed, installed, and maintained according to the project's requirements and local regulations. Oversee the design and implementation of Liquid Cooling technologies used in the data center to ensure optimal cooling performance and energy efficiency.
- Budget and Cost Control : Manage the project budget, track expenditures, and ensure that all phases of the construction stay within financial constraints.
- Schedule Management : Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to the project schedule. Identify potential delays and take proactive steps to mitigate risks.
- Safety and Compliance : Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Promote a culture of safety on-site.
- Team Management : Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality construction services.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks in the construction process and develop strategies to mitigate or avoid them.
