- Coordinates staffing through scheduling, coordination and communication between departments and staff.
- Coordinates regulatory and operational requirements for staff file maintenance and payroll.
- Manages and supports administrative functional for OCC departments.
- Coordination and preparation of special projects (Policies and Procedures, Presentations, Manuals, Research, Joint Commission readiness)
