Position Overview

Digio Strategies is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Traffic Manager to join our team in Meridian, MS. This role is responsible for scheduling commercials and programming, building accurate radio logs, generating accurate invoices, maintaining clients’ accounts, and reporting to accounting and management. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of commercial scheduling, billing procedures, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Accurately schedule commercials and programming, ensuring a seamless broadcast while maximizing revenue;

· Prepare, maintain, and update on-air logs daily, including commercial inventory and programming schedules;

· Ensure compliance with FCC regulations and station policies;

· Collaborate with programming and sales department in order to address and resolve any issues related to traffic and scheduling;

· Work with sales department in order to accommodate advertising clients and resolve log discrepancies;

• Prepare and send invoices and statements to customers in a timely and accurate manner, while maintaining up-to-date accounts receivable records;
• Take payments from clients and process them securely;
• Answer any client questions regarding billing and payments;
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies; and
• Perform month-end closing processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for managing logs and schedules accurately;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to work with databases and manage large amounts of data;
• Ability to use critical thinking in order to identify and resolve issues related to traffic, scheduling, and billing;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications;

· Proficiency in using traffic software and broadcast systems preferred;

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar finance role preferred;
